About this site

reyaandthefish.com is a one-person shop making handmade beaded charms in Los Angeles. By using this site or placing an order, you are agreeing to what follows.

Orders

Every piece is one of a kind and made by hand, so the photo on the product page is the piece you receive. Small variations in bead color and length are part of the work, not a fault. I may cancel an order if an item is listed at the wrong price, is no longer available, or the order looks fraudulent. If that happens you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and I never see or store them.

Shipping and returns

Shipping costs, delivery times and the returns window are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using the site

The photographs, words and designs on this site are mine. Please don’t copy them or use them to sell your own products. Sharing them with credit is welcome.

A note on how to wear them

These are decorative accessories, not safety equipment, and they are not toys. They contain small beads and are not suitable for young children. Attach them sensibly and check the cord now and then. I can’t take responsibility for damage to phones, cases, bags or anything else a charm is attached to.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
