The short version

This is a one-person shop. I collect the least I need to send you a charm and answer your emails. I don’t sell your details, and I don’t share them with anyone for marketing.

What I collect

When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and what you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card number goes to them, not to me.

When you email me: your email address and whatever you write.

When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address.

When you visit: this site runs on Squarespace, which records basic analytics such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner.

Who else sees it

Squarespace hosts the site and the store. Stripe processes payments. The carrier delivering your parcel needs your name and address. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy. Nobody else gets your details.

How long I keep it

Order records stay as long as I need them for accounting and returns. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

Email contact@reyaandthefish.com and I’ll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
