How does it attach to my phone?

Each charm hangs from a small cord loop. Thread it through the charm hole on your phone case, pull it snug, and you’re done. No tools, no adhesive.

Will it fit my case?

If your case has a charm hole, yes. If it doesn’t, a phone grip, a strap ring, or a stick-on charm loop works just as well.

Can I move it to a bag or a different phone?

Yes. It comes off as easily as it goes on, so it can live on your phone one week and your bag or keys the next.

Is each one really one of a kind?

Yes. Every charm is strung by hand, one at a time, and the beads are chosen as I go. Even two that look alike aren’t identical, and once one sells, that exact piece is gone.

Can I wear more than one?

That’s the idea. Stacking two or three is how most of these are meant to be worn, and there’s an automatic discount at checkout when you buy more than one.

What if it breaks?

Email contact@reyaandthefish.com and I’ll repair it free within 60 days of your order. You just cover shipping to me. After that I’m still happy to fix it at cost.

How do I take care of it?

Keep it out of the shower, the pool, and the ocean, and away from perfume and lotion. Wipe the beads with a soft dry cloth when they need it. Pearls especially don’t like water.

When will my order ship?

Within 3 business days. Shipping is a flat $5 anywhere in the US, and you’ll get a tracking number when it goes out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. US only for now, but it’s on the list.
