Where I ship

The US only for now. International shipping is something I’d like to add.

Cost

A flat $5 on every US order, however many charms you buy.

When it ships

Within 3 business days. Everything is made and packed by hand, so if an order is going to take longer than that I’ll email you. A tracking number comes through as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

14 days

If a charm isn’t right, email contact@reyaandthefish.com within 14 days of delivery and I’ll take it back for a full refund.

Condition

It needs to come back unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you, and the original $5 shipping isn’t refunded.

Refunds

Once your return arrives I’ll check it over and refund your original payment method within a few business days.

Repairs

Beaded things can take a knock. If yours breaks within 60 days of your order I’ll repair it free, you just cover shipping to me. After that I’m still happy to fix it at cost.
